Men's Yoga
Series

This 3-week series, designed with the male body in mind, includes alignment, movement, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. We will take the time to learn foundational yoga poses and breath techniques as well as accessible ways to understand and practice yoga. Learn how simply knowing how the body is feeling in any moment can positively influence how we engage with the world.

 

For those who identify as men. All levels welcome!

 

This series will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
